SLG Has Successfully Completed the Zhejiang Petrochemical LiBr Absorption Chiller Project

SLG has successfully completed the Zhejiang Petrochemical LiBr Absorption Chiller Project, delivering a waste-heat-driven cooling solution for a large-scale petrochemical complex.

We are pleased to announce that SLG has commenced delivery of ten waste heat driven absorption chillers to Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co., Ltd.(ZPC), with a total cooling capacity of 70MW. These chillers will be installed at ZPC's Zhoushan Refining and Petrochemical Integration Project.

The project requires substantial quantities of chilled water during operation. By utilizing recovered industrial waste heat as the driving energy source,By utilizing recovered industrial waste heat as the driving energy source, the system supplied by SLG provides the production facility with a continuous supply of 'free cooling' significantly reduces electricity consumption and carbon emissions while improving overall energy efficiency.

This project further demonstrates SLG's capabilities in large-capacity absorption chiller systems and industrial waste heat recovery, supporting the petrochemical industry's transition toward more sustainable and low-carbon operations.
