Dear Partners,
We are pleased to announce to you that our new subsidiary corporation "SHUANGLIANG INTERNATIONAL (SHANGHAI) CO., LTD." (hereinafter referred to as "Shuangliang International") has been officially established with registered capital CNY 100,000,000 and put into operation from the date of registration 24/10/2022.

Shuangliang International is a wholly-owned subsidiary under "SHUANGLIANG ECO-ENERGY SYSTEMS CO., LTD." (hereinafter referred to as "Shuangliang Eco-Energy").

Bearing the weight of the mission of internationalization, Shuangliang International, whose headquarter is located in Shanghai, is to serve as a new platform where we could centralize management of import and export business for all the present business scope, including solar wafer, solar module, absorption chiller, shell & tube heat exchanger, boiler, air-cooled condenser, water-electrolytic hydrogen production equipment, poly-silicon reduction furnace, etc. In this case, the cooperation body is requested to change from Shuangliang Eco-Energy to Shuangliang International for the future business operation, including distribution agreement, signing contract, etc.
